Combining the standing poses and precision focus on breathwork of Iyengar with Yin's floor-based meditative quality, this is a truly unique class.
The goal of iYingar yoga is to bring you the experience of total rest and relaxation, and connect your body, breath and mind. Meeta will lead you through a gentle practice sequence, using long holds and props like belts, blocks and bolsters, so you can rest into the poses and maintain the breath at a steady pace.
The class is held in the Pentire Avenue studio, lit by candlelight to create the perfect ambiance.
