Four awesome disciplines in an hour!

In this complex class we focus on different styles in each quarter. We begin with a short warm-up and on to some muscle-building postures where you have a choice of using weights for 15 minutes. We progress into a classic flow to really move the blood and open up our lungs. In the third quarter we use the heat we have generated to enable a wonderful stretch-out of our muscles using some carefully selected Yin postures. Finally we relax into the perfect Shavasana or reclining Baddha Konasana while Meeta takes us on a journey of visualisation. You will love it!
