Soften your edges and enjoy the feeling of weightlessness in Meeta's Mellow Yoga classes.

Mellow yoga is a gentle practice, accessible for both total beginners and for students who've been practising a long time. 

You'll find Mellow yoga is slow, mindful and breath-centered, but with some intensity. It offers more of a challenge for the mind and body than Yin yoga, which is even gentler and more passive.

Meeta will guide you through strength-building asanas (postures) mindfully with breath and movement, gently challenging the mind, breath, and body.
