Mellow yoga is a gentle practice, accessible for both total beginners and for students who've been practising a long time.
You'll find Mellow yoga is slow, mindful and breath-centered, but with some intensity. It offers more of a challenge for the mind and body than Yin yoga, which is even gentler and more passive.
